DigiPlus Interactive expands to Singapore with a new support hub which focuses on strategic partnerships and talent acquisition.
DigiPlus Interactive is setting up a new subsidiary in Singapore. This follows its recent move into Brazil’s gaming market. The goal is to strengthen its international presence.
Why Singapore?
In a Philippine Stock Exchange filing, DigiPlus announced the launch of DigiPlus Global, a fully owned subsidiary under Diginvest Holdings Inc.
DigiPlus Global will not offer iGaming services in Singapore due to strict gambling laws. Instead, it will focus on hiring talent, forming partnerships, and growing its business.
DigiPlus Chairman Eusebio Tanco said Singapore was chosen for its business-friendly policies, strong digital infrastructure, and skilled workforce.
“Singapore is a top choice for technology and business. It helps us attract great talent, build key partnerships, and grow our brand,” said Tanco.
What Sets DigiPlus Apart?
DigiPlus is taking a smart approach to global growth. Unlike some competitors, it is expanding through strategic licenses and market diversification.
Brazil Expansion: In late 2024, DigiPlus secured approval to operate in Brazil’s growing gaming market.
Gaming Platforms:
DigiPlus continues to develop its digital gaming brands:
BingoPlus – The Philippines’ first approved online bingo platform.
ArenaPlus – A top sportsbook with a growing user base.
GameZone – A casual and arcade gaming platform.
Singapore’s location in Asia-Pacific also makes it a key spot for reaching new markets.
Looking Ahead:
Singapore has strict gambling laws, so DigiPlus will use it as a base for business operations, not gaming. Many global gaming companies take a similar approach.
