Winna Media announces Tom Hall joins the AI in Gaming Investment Seminar panel in Bangkok

Winna Media is thrilled to announce that Asian gaming and investment icon, Tom Hall, is to join the panel of experts presenting at the AI in Gaming Investment Seminar, scheduled for 25 November 2025 at the Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit.

This half-day event will explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping game creation, operations, and investment strategy. The program will combine case studies, investor insight, and discussion of the ethical and legal frameworks shaping AI’s next wave in entertainment.

Tom is recognised as a pioneer and one of the world’s leading investors in the field of online sports betting and gaming. In the early 2000s, he co-founded and served as CEO of Asianlogic, an Asian-based gaming group that includes the Dafabet and Mega Sports World brands in the Philippines. In 2006, as Group CEO of Playtech, he led the company through its successful IPO on the UK AIM market.

As Chairman of The Sporting News, Tom is spearheading its AI initiatives, as well as being involved with some other global AI giants.

Tom joins a panel on “What Investors Look for When Evaluating an Asset”, moderated by Jeffrey Haas (MD, ID8 Global Gaming Business Accelerator & Venture Partner, Dreamcraft), Staffan Lindgren (Chairman, Pinecone Studio), Daniel Graetzer (Founder, Newton-Lorenz), and Kyle Wiltshire (CEO, TESTA). Together, they’ll explore how investors identify credible innovation amid the AI hype cycle.

Case studies follow from Max Tesla (CEO & Co-founder, Blask), unveiling real applications of computer vision and large language models in iGaming; Keith Zammit (CEO, Elevate AI), dissecting AI’s “double-edged sword” of hyper-engagement and player protection; and Navneeth Srinivas (VP Product Operations, FalconDive), highlighting how AI and BI are transforming operator decision-making.

The event concludes with a forward-looking panel — “Combining AI, RWA & Gamification” — moderated by Harmen Brenninkmeijer (Partner, Virya Gaming Ventures) and featuring Dereck Alexander Jon Hoogenkamp (CEO & Investor, Yalla), Jittinun Chatsiharach (CEO, Token X), and Danny Ong (Co-founder, Beta3 Exploration & CEO, Elefin Finance).

The discussion will probe the emerging crossover between tokenisation, real-world assets, and gamified economies.

“AI has moved from buzzword to boardroom,” said Wade. “This event gives investors and operators a space to speak frankly about what’s real, what’s risky, and what’s next.”

There are limited places available at EUR 550 per person or EUR 150 for Winna Media’s HOT100 network.
