A single bettor walked away with the ₱64,712,644.60 jackpot from the Megalotto 6/45 draw held on May 21, 2025, according to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO). The winning combination that clinched the prize was 23-25-28-19-10-18.

The Megalotto 6/45 is drawn every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 PM. To play, participants select six numbers from 1 to 45, with each ticket priced at just ₱20. The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 8,145,060.

Winners have one year from the date of the draw to claim their prize. Claims for jackpot wins must be made in person at the PCSO main office at 605 Conservatory Building, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City. Under the TRAIN Law, a 20% tax applies to winnings over ₱10,000. After deductions, the take-home prize for this draw will be roughly ₱51.77 million.

In the same draw, the Grand Lotto 6/55 did not produce a jackpot winner. The top prize for that game has now rolled over and stands at around ₱29.7 million.
