IWG Secures Two-Year Contract Extensions with Virginia Lottery and New Hampshire Lottery

Instant Win Gaming (IWG), a leading supplier of eInstant games to NASPL and WLA-member lotteries, is proud to announce two-year contract extensions with both the Virginia Lottery and the New Hampshire Lottery. These renewals reflect the ongoing confidence and trust these long-standing partners place in IWG’s innovative InstantGames portfolio.

Since 2020, IWG has been a key digital content provider to both lotteries, helping to fuel significant growth in their online player bases. IWG’s eInstants have consistently ranked among the top-performing titles, driving player engagement through unique gameplay mechanics, proven retail brands, and regular content updates.

Under the new agreements, IWG will continue supplying both new and existing eInstant games via its InstantRGS (remote game server), enabling the seamless delivery of engaging content through June 2027 for Virginia Lottery and July 2027 for New Hampshire Lottery.

In the past year alone, IWG has introduced numerous innovations to both lotteries, including:

  • Launch of multi-state jackpots--Mega Money Jackpots in New Hampshire, and Super Spin Jackpots in Virginia.

  • Release of Million Dollar/Power Hour Countdown--offering players additional chances to win and higher top prizes based on time of day.

  • Introduction of Vaults Boost--enabling players to place optional in-game wagers for enhanced prize opportunities.

  • Launch of Lightning/Blitz Jackpots--engaging players with fast-hitting jackpots awarded frequently throughout the day.

We’re incredibly proud that both Virginia and New Hampshire have entrusted our services for a further two years,” said Jason Lisiecki, Executive Vice President at IWG. “We’ve thoroughly enjoyed pioneering many of our innovations with both and are eager to take these partnerships to the next level through these two contract extensions.

Scott Kenyon, Deputy Executive Director of Marketing at Virginia Lottery, added, “Since the launch of our iLottery program, IWG has been a significant contributor to our success especially in new innovation. Together, we pioneered many firsts in the U.S. eInstant sector — from the first-ever progressive jackpots to the first-ever pulse games with dynamic visuals. We’re excited to see what the next two years bring.

Kelley-Jaye Cleland, Chief Product and Program Officer at New Hampshire Lottery, shared: “IWG has been a key eInstant partner and we are thrilled to have extended our contract with them. Over the past four years, we’ve collaborated on many industry firsts, including games that change visuals based on time of day, wager-based features that unlock new ways to win, and eInstant games tied to local sports brands. We continue to rely on IWG to deliver the kind of forward-thinking innovation that keeps our players engaged and entertained.

These renewed contracts reinforce IWG’s leadership in the digital lottery space and its commitment to delivering forward-thinking content strategies that align with each lottery’s goals.
