SBC Partners With AFFiGAMING to Support Brazil Affiliates

SBC partners with AFFiGAMING to support Brazil’s affiliate sector, strengthen best practices, and boost representation ahead of SBC Summit Rio.

SBC has partnered with AFFiGAMING, Brazil’s first dedicated affiliates association, to support stronger representation, clearer structure, and the development of best practices for affiliates in the country’s newly regulated betting market.

The partnership has been formalised ahead of SBC Summit Rio, taking place at Riocentro in Rio de Janeiro from 3 to 5 March 2026.

The event will welcome more than 15,000 delegates, including over 2,500 affiliates and a strong representation from regulated operators, following last year’s edition, which saw 95% of licensed operators in attendance.

Founded in 2025 to represent the interests of iGaming affiliates in Brazil, AFFiGAMING has been established as an industry body focused on improving standards, transparency, and dialogue between affiliates and licensed operators.

Through legal, accounting, and strategic guidance, the association aims to support affiliates in operating compliantly and sustainably, while providing a formal platform for engagement and recognition within Brazil’s newly regulated environment.

Through the partnership with AFFiGAMING, SBC is reinforcing its commitment to the affiliate sector as a core pillar of Brazil’s regulated betting ecosystem. Affiliate participation at SBC Summit Rio grew by 224% year on year in 2025, underlining the sector’s rapid expansion and increasing importance within the market. 

In response, SBC Summit Rio will once again host the Affiliate Leaders Summit, providing a dedicated platform for affiliates to engage with licensed operators, technology providers, and regulators, while supporting responsible growth and long-term market development.

The Summit will also feature a dedicated conference stage focused on operating within Brazil’s regulated affiliate market. Sessions will address compliance requirements, transparency in affiliate-operator relationships, and the evolution of acquisition and content strategies, with a clear emphasis on long-term sustainability.

Since launching in 2024, SBC Summit Rio has quickly established itself as a key meeting point for Brazil’s betting and gaming industry. The inaugural edition exceeded expectations by welcoming more than 4,000 attendees, surpassing initial projections by 1,000 and prompting an immediate move to Riocentro for 2025. 

Now in its third edition, the event is set to welcome over 15,000 attendees, alongside a large-scale exhibition featuring more than 400 exhibitors and sponsors, supported by a comprehensive conference programme covering every segment of the industry.
