If you have ever compared casino games, you have probably seen percentages such as 95%, 96%, 97% or 98% listed in the game information.


These figures refer to RTP, or Return to Player.


But what does RTP actually tell you?


More importantly, does a higher RTP mean you have better odds of winning?


The short answer is not necessarily.

The word “possible” matters here.


Volatility does not predict an individual session.
