Iris Cairns Property has opened a new unconditional cash offer for the remaining units in Reef Casino Trust at A$4.67 per unit. The bidder already controls approximately 85.77% of the trust and intends to pursue full ownership, with a possible delisting subject to legal requirements. Iris says its offer represents a 29.54% premium to RCT’s closing price on 23 September 2026. The offer is scheduled to close on 9 November unless extended.
